Job Duties:
- To provide proactive technical support and services for customers who need assistants on scanners and security products, via telephone call, email, live chat, and FAE ticketing systems;
- To provide technical support service for scanner and security products to enhance the company's image and to satisfy customer needs, which include all products;
- Perform efficient diagnostics to determine customer problems and to provide correct solutions;
- Work with clients remotely with or without remote assistance software;
- To provide customer service which includes product testing, RMA shipment delivery & tracking, evaluation delivery & return;
- Collect field feedbacks and follow up issue tracking;
- Train to refresh and upgrade members of the technical support, customer service and sales & marketing teams; in particular, the introduction of new products to assure the products competency of team members;
Requirements:
- Associates or bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of training and experience
- 2 - 3 years of Technical Support and the related experiences
- Familiar with operating systems of Win XP, Vista, Win 7/8, Mac OSX, Android, and iOS
- With knowledge of TCP/IP, IPv4, FTP, DDNS, VPN, POP3, SMTP, IMAP, firewall configuration, A+ / Network & certifications would be a plus
- Experience in CCTV industry is a PLUS
- Excellent phone, written and oral communication skills
- Motivated and fast learner
